[SGC-B300] Problème de connexion au PC par cable data USB

je n'ai eu lors de l'achat rien d'autre que le câble, Samsung laissant sans-doute les utilisateurs se débrouiller avec les téléchargements du le site officiel.

Donc je vais sur le site officiel, ouvre la page des téléchargements spécifiques à mon portable : http://www.samsung.com/fr/support/downl … ung%20B300

    Je télécharge le "Samsung USB Driver Installer". C'est un fichier *.exe, je le lance donc et il s'installe dans C:/Program files/Samsung/Samsung PC Studio 3/USB Drivers/ et là il y a quatre dossiers contenants des fichiers pilotes (avec dossiers amd64 et i386).
    Ensuite je redémarre, puis je connecte mon portable. Il s'affiche "Périphérique USB non reconnu. L'un des périphériques USB connecté à cet ordinateur a mal fonctionné et Windows ne le reconnaît pas" Je clique sur le message (ce qui revient à ouvrir les propriétés de mon "périphérique inconnu" dans le gestionnaire de périphérique/Contrôleurs de bus USB).
Il m'indique "Aucun pilote n'est installé pour ce périphérique".
    Je vais dans l'onglet "Pilote" et je clique sur "mettre à jour le pilote" puis "installer à partir d'une liste ou d'un emplacement spécifié".
Là il y a deux possiblités :
1. je choisis "Rechercher le meilleur pilote dans ces emplacements" et j'essaye en indiquant un par un les quatre dossiers qui contiennent les fichiers pilotes, mais à chaque fois ça me dit : "Impossible de continuer l'Assistant Mise à jour du matériel, L'Assistant ne peut pas trouver de meilleur logiciel que celui qui est installé", ce qui est étonnant car il me dit au début qu'aucun pilote n'est installé...
2. je choisis "Ne pas rechercher. Je vais choisir le pilote à installer." puis je clique sur "Disque fournis". Les fichiers recherchés sont des fichiers *.inf et il y en a plusieurs dans les quatre dossiers. Je les essaye tous un par un (très long, il y en a plein) et à chaque fois on m'indique "l'emplacement spécifié ne contient aucune information concernant votre matériel".

    Enfin, juste pour essayer, j'installe "PIMS Files manager" qui se trouve aussi dans les téléchargement disponibles pour mon portable sur le site de Samsung, mais ce logiciel  m'indique le portable comme "non connecté" (logique si le driver ne fonctionne pas).
    J'ai remarqué que les drivers s'installaient dans un dossier "Samsung PC Studio 3", aussi je me suis dit que ce logiciel était peut-être nécessaire, donc j'ai aussi essayé de le télécharger (je crois qu'il y en a un spécifique pour chaque type de portable mais je n'en trouve pas pour mon SGH-B300). Mais ce logiciel m'indique aussi que le portable est "non connecté" (encore plus logique si ce logiciel est fait spécifiquement pour un autre type de portable...).

Bon, c'est un peu long je suis désolé mais c'est avec précision tout ce que j'ai essayé.

Je ne crois pas que tu ai fait la solution décrite ci-dessus. (Sans la garantir).
Sur beaucoup de matériel informatique, l'installation direct de pilote ne fonctionne pas.
Efface tout, télécharge ton pilote sans l'installer, connecte en premier ton mobile et suis les instructions.
